Warranty applicability:

Subject to the Resolution team's inspection, verification, and confirmation of the manufacturing defect in consultation with the merchant, the item may be repaired or returned during the warranty period.
The item may only be repaired or returned to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase.
Only when the original product has not been altered or modified will the item be accepted for repair or return.

Warranty Non-applicability:
damage brought on by using a product beyond its intended purpose.
Damage to the product resulting from poor installation or assembly by a third-party brand or seller (unrelated to FurnishOurHome), poor and inconsistent furniture maintenance, inappropriate storage methods, water or moisture damage, discoloration from direct sunlight exposure, etc.
Glass or mirror breaks, ripped stitching, and product marks that appear after the goods has been delivered properly and opened.
